There are no more ArtSong Recitals this season. They are typically held in the spring; check back in January 2011 for next season's dates.
ABOUT THE RECITAL SERIES
These gifted young singers spend much of their time with the company performing outreach and educational programs in local schools. They also enhance the company’s main stage performances by singing comprimario roles in many performances. But once a year, the Artists have the opportunity to hold the stage on their own in a recital for the public.
The recitals will feature a wide variety of classical music from a wide array of composers. Past recitals have included works by Gabriel Fauré, George Gershwin, Richard Strauss, Gustav Mahler, Sergei Rachmaninoff, Gaetano Donizetti, Stephen Sondheim, Joaquin Nin and Giacchino Rossini.
