Accessible Seating
If you require wheelchair accessible and/or companion seating, or have any hearing, visual or other needs, please let us know how we may assist you with your season ticket order when you contact us.

Special Hearing and Visual Aids
Listening devices are provided free of charge at all Sunday matinees for those who desire an audio-described performance. Devices are available at the coat check on the main level.

Each seat in the Ellie Caulkins Opera House is outfitted with a Figaro System, which offers translations of the lyrics on a screen in English or Spanish.

A limited number of hand-held Figaro System Devices are available at the coat-check for patrons who may have trouble viewing the installed systems at their seat.

Medical Assistive Devices
Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) covers businesses and nonprofit service providers that are public accommodations, privately operated entities offering certain types of courses and examinations, privately operated transportation, and commercial facilities. The Ellie Caulkins Opera House falls under this category and complies with nondiscrimination requirements that prohibit exclusion, segregation, and unequal treatment. Should you encounter a problem or issue, please notify an Ellie Caulkins Opera House Usher or the House Manager.

Problems During a Performance
If you experience any problems or have any concerns at or during any Opera Colorado performance, you may:
  - Notify any Usher, immediately, and ask for help or to speak with the House Manager assigned to the event.
  - Contact the House Manager assigned to the event. The House Manager wears a badge that says, “House Manager.”
