Opera Colorado Archives: The Opera Colorado Chorus in Pagliacci (2020)

In one of the most well-known opera chorus numbers, the Opera Colorado Chorus and Orchestra shine in “Andiam…Din, don, suona il vespero” (Ding dong, the vespers sound aka The Bell Chorus). After the excitement of the great clown Pagliacci coming to town, the vesper bells ring and the villagers enjoy one more moment in the setting sun. #SempreOC

Leoncavallo’s Pagliacci was performed at the Ellie Caulkins Opera House in 2020.
