STAFF ACCOUNTANT/OFFICE MANAGER
Reports to: Director of Finance & Administration
Job Status: Full Time
General Position Description: The Staff Accountant/Office Manager is responsible for the input of all transactions into the accounting system including: accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank deposits, payroll, journal entries and reporting. The Staff Accountant/ Office Manager is also responsible for maintaining office machinery, ordering office supplies, and providing light administrative assistance to the Director of Education and Community Engagement Programs.
