Contest Rules for Free Parking
Eligibility: Contest is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia or Puerto Rico, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older or the age of majority in their state of residence (which is nineteen (19) in Alabama, Nebraska, twenty-one (21) in Mississippi, and eighteen (18) in all other states) as of the date of entry (the “Entrant”). Void outside of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. Officers, directors, managers, employees, and volunteers of Opera Colorado, and its advertising and promotion agencies, consultants and agents, as well as immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each such person, and any others engaged in the development, production, execution or distribution of this contest, are not eligible to participate. “Immediate family member” shall be deemed to mean husband, wife, children, mother, father, sister, sister in-law, brother or brother in-law. Contest may only be entered in or from the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia or Puerto Rico, and entries originating from any other jurisdiction are not eligible for entry. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
Entry Method: Participants automatically enter the contest upon successfully renewing their subscription for the 2024-25 Season or by filling out an online form. No purchase is necessary to win.
Duration of the Contest: From 10:00 am on Monday, January 29, to 11:59 pm on Friday, February 2.
Prize Details: The prize is free event parking at the Denver Performing Arts Complex Garage located at 1025 13th St., Denver, for one vehicle during three (3) Opera Colorado performances during the 2024-25 season. Any additional restrictions or conditions will be communicated to the winner upon selection.
Selection of Winner: The winner will be randomly selected from the pool of eligible entrants.
Notification of Winner: The winner will be notified via the contact information provided during the subscription renewal process or via the online form.
Compliance with Local Laws: This contest complies with all relevant local laws and regulations regarding contests and giveaways.
No Purchase Necessary: Participation in this contest is free, and no purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Disqualification Criteria: Participants will be disqualified if they violate the terms and conditions, provide false information, or engage in any behavior deemed inappropriate by Opera Colorado.
Modification or Termination: Opera Colorado reserves the right to modify or terminate the contest in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Release of Liability: By participating in the contest, participants agree to release Opera Colorado from any liability associated with the contest.
Acknowledgment: By entering this contest, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these rules.
Opera Colorado reserves the right to make changes to the rules if necessary.
