GROUP BENEFITS
Special savings. Groups save 20% off single-ticket prices, with no date or price class restrictions. Group purchasers always have access to the lowest prices of the season—no need to adjust your budget when prices rise based on demand.
No handling fees. Whether you want your tickets mailed or e-mailed, we’ll waive the handling fees.
Exclusive access to the best seats. Groups have access to the best seats before they go on sale to the public. Or, coordinate with our Patron Services Team to access exclusive group seating throughout the season.
Customizable event options. Looking to make your group outing extra special? Let us know and we can add a backstage tour, reception, or talk-back, just for you!

FIXED-SEAT GROUP SALES (RECOMMENDED)

Ideal for groups who want to sit together (as inventory allows). Your group coordinator can purchase a block of seats in one simple transaction. Unsure of how many seats you need? Groups have up to thirty* days before the performance to provide a final count. Fixed-seat group purchases go on sale at the time of each season’s announcement (winter prior to season) and continue all season long.
FLEXIBLE-SEAT GROUP SALES
TEN or more tickets required
Best for groups with members who don’t require adjacent seating and might want to attend on different days. Individuals buy their own tickets directly through Opera Colorado using a special group promo code for their preferred seating locations and dates. Flexible-seat group purchases go on sale at the same time as single tickets (summer prior to season) and continue all season long. This option is great for employee benefit programs!

The minimum requirement for a group is ten tickets.
We recommend arriving at least one hour prior to curtain.
Groups save 20% off all performances, with no seating or date restrictions. They also do not pay handling fees.
Deposit requirement is based off the quantity of tickets in your reservation. Large groups of 100 or more people require a 10% deposit.
Final payment is due thirty days prior to your performance.
Your final seat count due date is based off the quantity of tickets in your reservation. Counts for large groups of 100 or more are due sixty days in advance of your performance. Counts for groups under 100 are due thirty days in advance of your performance.
Groups do not pay handling fees.
Yes! We offer customizable experiences for our groups, from backstage tours to pre- or post-show receptions. Just ask our Group Sales Liaison at the time of your reservation or any time up to thirty days before your performance.
Fixed-Seat Group sales are available when each of our seasons are announced, usually in January or February prior to the season. Flexible-Seat Group sales are available when single tickets go on sale to the public, usually in August prior to the season.
Fixed-Seat Groups are assigned seats when we receive the request. Flexible-Seat Groups may select their own seats.
For Fixed-Seat Group sales, we try our very best to accommodate seating location requests. Be sure to get your order in early to ensure the seats you want will be available together.
Motor coach parking must be coordinated by your group. There are various lots within walking distance to the theater that offer motor coach parking. Find more information at the links below.
