In the 2018-19 season, Opera Colorado presents audiences with two eternal favorites: Verdi’s stunning and heartbreaking La Traviata and Mozart’s madcap and effervescent The Marriage of Figaro, both performed at our home at the Ellie Caulkins Opera House. Plus, Opera Colorado transforms one of the galleries of the Kirkland Museum of Fine & Decorative Art into a pop-up theater for a double-bill of Tom Cipullo’s After Life and Josephine.

The 2019-20 season sees the highly anticipated expansion of Opera Colorado’s mainstage from two to three large-scale, fully staged operas at the 2,200-seat Ellie Caulkins Opera House. Join us for a season that navigates the entire spectrum of human emotion, including the laugh-out-loud whimsy of The Barber of Seville, the jealousy-fueled tragedy of Pagliacci, and the vengeful power struggles of Tosca.

2019-20 subscription packages of The Barber of Seville and Tosca are on sale now! (Pagliacci is currently available exclusively as an add-on to new and renewing subscriptions.)

Individual tickets for The Barber of Seville, Tosca, and Pagliacci will go on sale to the general public in the summer of 2019, at a date to be announced.
