Important Pick-Up Information
Merchandise cannot be shipped or picked up at the Opera Colorado offices. When ordering, please select the Macbeth performance you’ll be attending so we can have your order ready for you in the lobby.
Merchandise is available while supplies last. Limited quantities available. Performance pickup only. All sales final.
Merchandise FAQs
Where do I pick up my order?
Your Macbeth merchandise will be waiting for you at the Ellie Caulkins Opera House during the performance you select at checkout. You can pick it up before the performance, during intermission, or after the show.
Why is pickup only available at the Ellie Caulkins Opera House?
To keep fulfillment simple and ensure merchandise sales are handled correctly for local sales tax purposes, all Macbeth merchandise is designated for pickup at the Ellie Caulkins Opera House.
Can you ship my order?
We’re unable to offer shipping for these limited-edition items. All orders are designated for pickup at the Ellie Caulkins Opera House.
Can I return or exchange my merchandise?
Because these items are available in limited quantities, all merchandise sales are final. If your item is damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, please let us know and we’ll make it right.
Need a different T-shirt size? Size exchanges are welcome, subject to available inventory.
What if I miss my performance or forget to pick up my order?
Contact the Opera Colorado Box Office and we’ll help you find another option. If you’re attending another Macbeth performance, we can have your order available for you then. If you’re not attending another performance, contact us and we’ll work with you to arrange an alternative pickup.
Please note that you’ll need a ticket to enter the theater on performance nights, so merchandise cannot be picked up inside The Ellie without a performance ticket. If you can stop by on any performance night and are not attending, we can hold your item(s) at the Box Office.
Can someone else pick up my order for me?
Yes. They should have the name and order information associated with your purchase when they arrive. They’ll also need a ticket to enter the theater if picking up inside The Ellie on a performance night.
