How do digital tickets work?

As of our 2025-26 Season, our default ticket delivery method is now the digital ticket wallet. To learn more about this, we recommend reviewing our Digital Ticketing Guide.

When you purchase tickets, you will, however, always have the option for an alternative ticket delivery method. These methods include: Pickup at Will Call (free), Pickup at our Englewood Office (free), and Standard Mail ($2.50).
